Custom design is not a requirement
for your business to be successful.
But having graphics that feels like a soul expression of what you and your business are here to do - doesn’t that makes you feel so much more proud and connected to your business, and make talking about your work waaay more magical :)

Many small business owners start with DIY or templated design.

I do not claim that investing in design equals to definite business growth - that would be irresponsible.

Design can certainly help your business to grow. But bear in mind that design is simply one of the myriad of elements in the ecosystem of your business that contributes to her growth.

What I can say for sure though is that when your design is purposefully and thoughtfully made, and you can see and feel the life that is your business in your visuals - you sit up straighter, you walk taller, and you realised you have a business (this is not a hobby or a side gig) and you treat and tend to her like a business.
